Private Classes
Are you looking for Kundalini Yoga classes that are more bespoke, convenient and accessible? I offer private 1-to-1 classes open to all levels, as well as mentoring support for teachers in training, or new teachers needing extra guidance. Classes are taught either face-to-face or online via Zoom and can be held in the comfort of your own home or workplace, at a time and place that suits you best.

Private Conscious Pregnancy Classes
If you are trying to conceive or are pregnant, Kathryn is a qualified conscious pregnancy teacher and mother who experienced how invaluable the conscious pregnancy teachings were from conception to the birth of her daughter. She has taught yoga and meditation to many women over the years, from pre conception to post natal. Kathryn is passionate about sharing these teachings with women and supporting them on their journey.

For Teachers
I offer mentoring to Kundalini yoga teachers who would like support or guidance with a specific area of their personal or teaching practice. You can use these sessions to explore aspects of teaching, like voice, mantra, meditation or planning a class, retreat or workshop. I also offer support on how to cope with burnout, or other challenges of being a yoga teacher.

Face to face classes can be held at a location of your choice, but must be in Central London. If you are unsure, please email me at kathryn@kmyoga.com with your location to confirm.
To book, please click below to email me your preferred time and date, and I will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your class. Classes are payable up front and can either be made by BACS transfer (details to be sent on request), or cash payment on the day.

FAQs
How long is each lesson? It’s 1 full uninterrupted hour of Kundalini Yoga
Can I take these sessions from anywhere? Yes! All you need is Zoom.
How do I arrange the call? I have a number of weekly slots available in my calendar. Please select your preference from my booking calendar and complete the booking request form. If there are none that work with you, please drop me an email at kathryn@kmyoga.com
Can I cancel or reschedule my call? Calls can be rescheduled free of charge with a notice of more than 24 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged full price.
Will I get an opportunity to ask questions after the call? Yes, you can email me questions after the call, so we don’t cut into your Kundalini Yoga lesson time.
What do I need for the session? A yoga mat and something conformable for you to sit on and lie on the floor, an internet connection (preferably fast), and a Zoom account.
Will I benefit from this as much as if it were a face-to-face session? There is no reason why not to. Virtual sessions are the future, from yoga instructors to wellness coaches, to doctors and therapists; many people are doing them to create more flexibility in their busy lives and you don’t even need to leave your home or work place.
