Join Kathryn on Monday 4th January for 21 days of consecutive practice to renew and set your intentions for 2021!

This new year presents us with an opportunity to create a shift personally and collectively. How you begin a year sets the tone for the rest of the year, so let's make a commitment to learn, grow and awaken. Let's come together as a community to elevate our energy, balance our mind and open our hearts. With a consistent practice we can deepen our awareness, emerging with a renewed strength, clarity and purpose.

Each class is created to transform your challenges into opportunities, to release anxieties and stresses, and connect to your inner creative power. Experience kriyas and meditations to help you purge heavy thoughts and old stagnant emotions. We will rebuild our cellular energy, boost our immunity and stamina, transform our negative mind, so that we can empower ourselves for success.

  • Daily 1hr classes with Kathryn 6.30-7.30am GMT starting 4th January and finishing on 24th January

  • A weekly newsletter from Kathryn with advice and tips to help you keep up and commit

  • One 20min private zoom session with Kathryn to discuss any queries you might have throughout the 21 day journey
