About the workshop series
Open to everyone, this series of workshops will use the tools of Kundalini yoga and meditation to create calm, clarity and connection. If you’re feeling unhealthy, depleted or stressed out, they’ll showcase Kundalini as a powerful and effective system for finding balance from within and will help you to feel more energised, healthy and happy.
Available as single workshops, in a combination of your choice or as a complete set, you can select your focus or take them all for a total rebalance. Each individual workshop will cleanse and nourish some of the body’s major organs and systems through specific kriyas and meditations, postures, breathwork and mantra. You’ll learn a meditation to strengthen and balance your energy, become more aware of the functions of the major organs and systems of the body, and generate clarity, health and vitality within the body and mind.
Designed to be practical and empowering, these workshops will be a safe space for you to learn and discover. Kathryn will be available for any queries throughout, and her inspiring teaching style will help to shift the relationship you currently have with yourself and give you effective tools that you can use to help manage the daily challenges of your life.
Testimonial from previous Spleen + Colon workshop:
‘Last week, I had my first experience in Kundalini Yoga and I loved it. Kundalini Yoga has been whispering in my hears since long time already and the Universe did the rest giving to me this opportunity to meet Kathryn and to experience a workshop on the detox of colon and spleen. Kathryn is very welcoming and knowledgeable and made everything extremely easy even for me that I’m a beginner on this practice giving us the space to interact with all of us on our experiences, questions and suggestions. Being a student on Nutrition coaching, I found the workshop useful for my future work with clients and for my personal knowledge and growth. I will definitely sign up for the next workshop and add what I learnt to my daily routine. I’m so grateful to my friend who brought me there, the amazing ladies that I met at the workshop and to our amazing teacher. Thank you Kathryn!’
